Saratoga Waters with Lemon 11 x 14 SOLD

Last week, Saratoga had their Artsfest, and Sorelle Gallery was a participating gallery. They asked me to paint on the streets. I'm not much for landscape or archtitecture painting, so I set up a still life. Saratoga Springs has been known for centuries as a place of healing waters, and there are still many natural springs in town, where people go to fill up their gallons with spring water. There is a company that bottles the waters, and it's sold in these beautiful cobalt blue bottles. The lemon seemed a perfect addition to the still life.
