From the Horse's Mouth 8 x 10






















I don't like to do the traditional equine art. I don't like the business of the full horse, with the landscape in the back etc. But I love to take small parts of the horse and close in on them. It creates a mystery that I think is very interesting. It's like your imagination has to do the rest of the work. That's the way it should be with every painting. The real beauty of the painting is the image that is received by the viewer, and each person sees it differently.
